1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

5. What materials are your spice jars made from?

Our jars are made from high-quality, food-grade clear glass with airtight bamboo or stainless steel lids. All materials are BPA-free and safe for food storage.

6. Are the jars airtight?

Yes. Each jar comes with a strong, airtight lid that helps keep spices fresh and prevents moisture from entering.

7. Do the jars come with labels?

Yes. Most sets include beautiful, waterproof spice labels. Some premium sets also come with a chalk pen for customization.

8. What sizes do you offer?

We offer a variety of sizes:

  • Small (4–6 oz) – Ideal for rare spices
  • Medium (8–12 oz) – Most popular for everyday use
  • Large (16 oz+) – Perfect for frequently used spices

9. Are the jars dishwasher safe?

The glass jars are dishwasher safe. We recommend hand-washing the lids (especially bamboo lids) to maintain their quality and seal.

10. Are the jars suitable for other kitchen items?

Yes. Many customers use them for herbs, seasonings, salt, sugar, coffee beans, nuts, and other dry goods.

11. How do I clean the jars?

Wash with warm soapy water or place in the dishwasher. For stubborn odors, soak with baking soda and vinegar. Dry completely before refilling.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

13. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.

14. What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.

15. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
